Wednesday Oct 21st - Norton Lindsey circular - 4.2 miles

Brian and I have recce'd the walk on a beautiful day. It is a very pleasant walk, undulating and with very good views of the Warwickshire countryside. No steep hills. It is mostly country lane or good wide track. There are only 3 stiles all in the last half mile or so of the walk. Anyone who wished to do so could miss them out by taking a short cut down a road. The lady at Gun Powder cottage has chutney for sale.  Proceeds go to charity! Don't bother scrumping her apples. They are cookers.

In Norton Lindsey, park near the main road at the recreation ground, football pitches, It is signposted Village Hall. Wolverton Road, CV35 8JL. They have asked for a contribution of £1 per car for their building fund.
