SatNav/Smart phone users:
To download a gpx file or to transfer it to your satnav or mapping software click on the link underneath and select the file. Do NOT Open it. Download it. You will need to choose Save/Save As and save it in an appropriate folder.

You should be able to import these files into your mapping software but you may need to have the particular map tiles in order to see the track or route. Your mapping software can be used to upload the gpx file to your hand held satnav or smartphone.
Quo can be used to transfer a gpx file to your hand held satnav using their MX map mobile app.
