Cathiron Lane - The Lawfords 5.5 miles - Wed June 6th

Brian and I really enjoyed our recce of this walk. The countryside is beautiful. The walk is flat and there are not many stiles, though there is one high one. The walk is a bit longer than usual. It is highly recommended! Parking (see below) is limited especially if there are train spotters around. So please share cars, if possible.
The Queen's Head at Bretford is on the way. The senior citizen's specials are good value 12 a.m. - 2 p.m. Let me know if you want a meal. If there are sufficient number I will book a table otherwise we will take pot luck!

Handheld satnav users can download the walk from the SatNav Users Tab
